CLass 2018 : MAKE GAMES, BUILD DEVICES, CHALLENGE THE WORLD
For the 2nd time, students from all around the world and from various backgrounds joined our CRI Labs Summer School.
They were invited to design for frugal innovation. A final presentation of their projects stood at Les Grands Voisins.
During two months, the students had masterclasses, met local mentors, projects and interdisciplinary experts. They developed their projects into collaborative spaces with state of the art technologies. The goal was to contribute to sustainable development especially health, education and environment.
In 2015, the United Nations set 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) aimed to be reached within 15 years. Since 2015, the CRI incorporated these goals into its summer school’s projects.
Nine projects were issued. They are devices, games and art installations involving multiple fields.
